Refund and Cancellation Policy
All charges for current and past billing periods are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, your paid account will remain accessible until the end of your current prepaid period.
If you purchase a subscription that renews automatically, you may cancel it before the current billing period ends. Cancellation will take effect in the next cycle. No refund or credit will be issued for remaining days in your current billing period.
However, if you cancel a paid subscription **and have not yet used the service**, you may request a refund by contacting us. All refund requests are subject to Formtimers' sole discretion.
If Formtimers reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, we may terminate your subscription and access to the add-on immediately and without refund. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written. Failure to enforce any part of the Terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.
